Our Foundation

Happy and Healthy was founded by me—a registered nurse of 8 years who confronts the frustrating healthcare system every day. Doctors are very overworked these days, so it’s impossible to expect them to teach us everything we need to know in a 20-minute visit. My goal is to bridge that gap, so I created this platform where information is accessible, simple, and accurate. By simplifying complex concepts in easy-to-understand words, Happy and Healthy strives to be a beacon of clarity and support in your wellness journey.
